Bernaudeau Les Nourrissons 2018 is a full-bodied Chenin Blanc white wine from the Anjou appellation of the Loire Valley, France. Stéphane Bernaudeau is a vineyard-focused winemaker showcasing his talents through his meticulous focus on single-vineyard releases. These wines are crafted from biodynamically tended vines in the Anjou region. All of Bernaudeau`s creations bear the label of ‘Vin de France’, reflecting his belief that the wines should express their essence, unbounded by appellation regulations. Les Nourrissons is produced from a single plot of Chenin Blanc planted in 1910 on rocky schist soil. It spends about 16 months maturing on fine lees in used oak barrels.
